Founder - CrimeBrulee
Crime Brulee is the founder and founding member of the Escape Rod. He came up with the name and with Augiedt and Starman ran the first room magma mansion. Crime Augiedt and Starman built and choose the original location for the HQ and the rest was history. The first location was in the minelantic mall after moving to the HQ Crime Augiedt and Starman built Mianite Season 1 the first main room of the HQ. Crime came up with most of if not all the puzzles in the room and Augiedt built most of it with help from Crime and Starman. Crime came up with the idea for employees and we made lots of diamonds on the Captainsparklez sub server running rooms with him! Captainsparklez and X33n his close friend played the Mianite season 1 room after we saved up points for him to visit and there was 22 guests prior to their visit being our most popular room of all time. Crime worked on the Magma Mansion Remake, Arielas/Yazzelenas Crypt. Crime is our redstone expert and puzzle master.
Co-founder - Augiedt
Augie is one of our Founding board members and original leaders who helped create the Escape Rod company. He is devoted to puzzles and his inspiration and commitment to the Rod has helped drive the creation of new and exciting adventures and Ideas at our many Escape Rod locations.
During the early conceptions of the Escape Rod, Augie worked closely with Crème Brule another leading figurehead in the Rod's conception, together they created a idea for their 1st Captain Sparklez inspired escape room. As the idea grew, so did the facility which we call the HQ. As popularity and intrigue into these escape game took off, it soon captured the attention of the Captain himself (Jordan Maroon). Augie ran Mianite season 1 20 times and made tooooonssss of diamonds. At this time the Escape Rod team were developing our third room in collaboration with another escape game creator team over at the Death Star build on the Captain Sparklez Sub server. This group who called themselves the Rebel Escape team, planned to work with the Rod to develop a state of the art escape game complete with audio cues and specialized soundtracks created by the Rebel Escape team. Entitled Sky Strike - Isle of Adventure, it soon became known that the rod had a place on the server and it was here to stay.
Webmaster - RTEStudios
RTE is one of the newest but most active team members who recently moved over from the Rebel Escape team. He is the soul inspiration behind the Sky Strike - Isle of Adventures room. He is dedicated to the Rod's mission of providing fun and exciting adventures for minecraft players while combining his knowledge of storytelling elements and the team's puzzle skills together he has been a solid team player in the creation of new marketing strategies, community outreach and communications with fans.
RTE has been working with minecraft and Servers for more then five years and his technical skills have come into play more then once during the Rod's development. His team spirit and leadership skills also have come handy in a verity of ways while working with the team. RTE hopes to make the Rod a well known name and has been working tirelessly to do jus that. He is also our webmaster for this website and holds multiple certifications in both the IT and Cybersecurity fields.
Mascot - StarMan
Starman is our most recongnized and most pasionante employee within our walls. He strives for success within all our projects and rooms. He helped operate the first iteration of Magma Mansion which was formerly located at Minelatic Mall. After he worked on this popular room. Plans were set forth to build our main HQ location. Most importantly, he helped build the Dianite Room featured in the room to this day. He helped build the HQ facility and was present at the ground breaking ceremony. Furthermore, He assisted with the building of the Mianite Season 1 Room which opened in the years of covid 2020. Lastly, he actually designed one of our rooms The Barn at our Rubix Cube Location.
Intern Boss - Dizzy Damp
Dizzy is one of our team coordinators and his job is to delegate tasks for the teams here at the Rod. His duties include helping builders on new projects and room designs, writing the stories and lore for each of our rooms as well as coming up with redstone puzzles and the mechanics for each of our rooms. Dizzy's inspirational expertise has been amazing and we cannot thank them enough for their hard work and efforts throughout the years the Rod has been allowing players and fans alike to escape from our many rooms since our early conception back in 2020.
Intern Boss - Maxetter
Maxetter is an intern boss and one of our first interns in the HQ. He was a funny addition is an avid parkour master and added a lot of humor and fun to the rod.
Best Intern Ever - Islo
He helped build the Mianite Season 2 room. Helped Augiedt build the recreation of the prison and Martha the Mystics house in vanilla survival. Built the highway and many other big builds on the server. Also helped keep Augiedt entertained with freestyle rap during their builds.
Intern - Maddie Daddie
One of our Storytellers/historians for our HR Department. She is a kind yet quiet person who has a passion for storytelling and writing. she is the keyholder for all our archival records and she prides herself at being our best bookkeeper. Taking numerous notes during our many board meetings.
Intern - Aliera
Aliera is the creator of the Captain Sparklez book club and member of the chocy milk club. She joined our HQ halloween 2020 to help build her own room Yazzelenas crypt. She is a great member and is really good at building rollercoasters, writing, and making cool spooky stuff. As well as big impressive builds
